These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Profit Compass platform, website, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Human Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). 1. The Service. Profit Compass is an ecommerce analytics platform that consolidates marketing, sales, and financial data to provide reporting, insights, and performance metrics. The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes to support your business decisions.

2. Accounts and Access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Your Data. You (or the business you represent) retain ownership of the data connected to the Service, including data from your ecommerce, advertising, and analytics platforms ("Your Data"). By connecting Your Data, you grant us a limited license to access, process, store, and display it solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect Your Data.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; copy, resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service; or share your account access with unauthorized third parties.

12. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
