Why did Tuesday spike?
Record campaigns, launches, promotions, site changes and outages in seconds, then read them directly against revenue, contribution margin, CAC and conversion.

The promo calendar is in a spreadsheet. The email sends are in Klaviyo. The site change is in a Slack thread.
And the revenue chart is somewhere else. When the 14th spikes, someone has to remember why.

Events on the metric that moved
Graph view overlays your events on a daily chart of Net Revenue, Contribution Margin, Sessions, Conversion Rate, New Customer Orders, CAC, Ad Spend or Total Orders. Single-day events draw a marker; multi-day events draw a band; major events are bolder. Hover a day and see the value and every event on it.

Ten seconds to record it
Quick Add: type, title, date, owner, done. Click an empty calendar day and it is pre-dated. Drag a chip to reschedule and everything moves with it. The timeline is only useful if recording is cheaper than not recording.

The full record when you need it
The full form adds channel, status, importance, exact start and end times, a description your whole team sees and internal notes only your team sees. Templates prefill recurring campaigns; Duplicate copies last month’s. The recurring flash sale takes one click, and the one-off launch gets the detail it deserves.

Same colour, same meaning, everywhere
Channel colour first, then event type, then category, consistent across Calendar, List and Graph. Types, categories, owners and channels come from one maintained taxonomy, so filters work and nothing is free-typed into chaos. A purple chip is an email send whether you’re on the calendar or the chart.

It shows up where you plan
The next five upcoming events appear on the Daily Business Health dashboard as Upcoming Revenue Drivers, one click from the timeline. The morning read includes what’s about to happen.
Every event is a data point.
The timeline is where Profit Compass learns what your business does. The analysis that reads those events against outcomes, across your whole history, is what comes next. Brands in early access get it first, and the more you record now, the more it has to work with.
The fine print we’re proud of
Small decisions about how numbers are computed and shown. Most tools skip them. We think they’re the product.
Upcoming events are labelled as such.
“Not yet reflected in performance data.” Marker opacity encodes past, in progress and upcoming, so history reads clearly and plans stay visible.
Cancel keeps it. Delete removes it.
Cancel sets the status and hides the event by default, so you remember what was planned and didn’t happen. Two intents, two actions.
Your store’s timezone, for every viewer.
All-day events occupy the full day in the merchant timezone no matter where the person looking at it sits.
A failed drag snaps back.
And tells you. It never half-moves.
Templates fill only empty fields.
In the full form, a template never overwrites what you already typed.
Category is derived, not typed.
It comes from the event type, which is what keeps colours and grouping consistent.
